Experience

Zein Marchioni possesses expertise in building enclosure consulting and testing, failure investigations, and design reviews.

Before joining WJE, Ms. Marchioni gained experience in civil and structural design engineering through internship experience. After graduation, she worked for three years as a project engineer during construction of a forty-four-story residential tower in Austin, Texas. Ms. Marchioni managed the exterior enclosure and public amenity scopes on this building, including waterproofing, roofing, glazing, masonry veneer, EIFS, exterior coatings, sitework, pavers, and pools.
